Founded in 2021, Young Academics Club Early Learning is a trusted childcare centre located in the heart of downtown Chilliwack. Since opening our doors, we have been committed to providing excellence in childcare and early education. Our passion is to inspire a love of learning in every child, helping them grow and thrive in a nurturing and stimulating environment.
Our spacious facility offers a welcoming and safe space for children to explore and learn. With a nature-inspired outdoor playground, we provide opportunities for meaningful hands-on experiences, active play, and connections to the natural world. Our programs cater to children from 6 months to 5 years old, ensuring that every child receives care and education tailored to their developmental stage.
At Young Academics Club Early Learning, we understand the importance of convenience for families. We are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with easy access and ample parking for drop-off and pick-up.

Our Programs
The most influential years of a child’s life occur between birth and age six. At Young Academics Club Early Learning, we believe in laying a strong foundation during these formative years by combining the principles of both the Reggio Emilia and Montessori approaches. This combination fosters a holistic environment that supports children’s social, physical, academic, and spiritual growth.
We offer two thoughtfully designed programs to meet the unique needs of children and families. Each program is tailored to specific age groups and is carefully structured to align with the developmental milestones of each stage.
Our programs focus on nurturing the whole child, fostering growth across all areas:
• Social: Encouraging collaboration, respect, and community-building.
• Physical: Promoting gross and fine motor skills through hands-on activities and active play.
• Intellectual: Stimulating curiosity and cognitive development through exploration and inquiry.
• Creativity: Inspiring imagination and self-expression through open-ended projects and activities.
• Emotional: Building confidence, resilience, and emotional awareness in a safe, supportive environment.

Young Program
(6 Months-3 Years)
Caters to individualized routines, while providing consistency between home and the centre environment. Independence is promoted and encouraged for each child while developing self-help skills.
Academic Program
(3-5 Years)
Children are encouraged to explore their learning environment independently and along with their peers.
The program is tailored to allow for further development of children’s social, emotional and cognitive skills, which are promoted, encouraged and monitored.
Montessori Inspired Approach
We have a Montessori area within each classroom. We provide Montessori materials, and our trained educators will observe, as children have the freedom to choose their work, follow their interests, and learn their way.
Reggio Inspired
Our certified and highly trained teachers plan age-appropriate activities based on the interest of the children. In a reggio setting children become active participants in the learning process of art, music, crafts, circle time, phonics lessons, and dramatic play.
