Nutrition Program
At Young Academics Club Early Learning, we know that proper nutrition is essential for a child’s growth, development, and ability to engage in learning. Our catered lunch program provides wholesome, balanced meals made from fresh, high-quality ingredients that include all five food groups as recommended by Canada’s Food Guidelines. These meals are designed to fuel your child’s day and support their active curiosity.
Offered to children in our Academic Program (3-5 years), our lunch program encourages children to enjoy nutritious meals together in a social setting. As they eat the same meal, children develop a sense of community, learning the value of shared meals and the joy of trying new foods. We believe that by eating together and encouraging exploration, children build healthy habits, fostering both a love for food and a willingness to try new things.
To ensure variety, we provide a monthly menu that highlights different nutritious meals, giving parents a clear view of what their child will be enjoying each day.
We’re proud to offer meals that nourish, inspire, and help children develop a positive relationship with food, while building important social skills.
Parent Communication
We value our parents as their child’s first teacher, and we work with you to ensure your child has the very best start to their educational journey. That means professional communication and real time updates that keep you connected at all times:
- Regular updates through email
- Parents teacher interviews
- Instagram updates of the daily activities
